Jerry’s legal career began in 2003 after graduating cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law. He immediately joined the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, where he rapidly advanced to Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor before moving to the Felony Special Crimes Division. This prosecutorial experience provided invaluable insight into how the State builds its cases and what strategies work in the courtroom.

In 2006, Jerry opened his own practice, initially focusing on family law while continuing to handle select criminal defense matters. Over two decades later, he has expanded his practice to fully embrace both disciplines, representing clients in serious felony cases, misdemeanor matters, divorces, child custody disputes, and complex property divisions.
